cancellation policy

Not everyone makes health a priority, but obviously YOU DO!  Which is why you made a reservation for this class.
Since you’ve had the wisdom and taken the time to reserve a spot, we encourage you to arrive 15 minutes before class so it’s not given away to a standby student!
This entire message is important, but this part is really really super-dy duper-dy important so sit up and pay attention please!!!  If you find you can’t take class and you cancel 2 HOURS BEFORE CLASS TIME you will NOT be charged.  However, if you don’t cancel 2 hours before you will still be charged even if you don’t actually make it to class.  That’s a drag.  Please don’t make us do it.
Let’s review:
Cancel 2 (or more)hours before class: NO CHARGE
Cancel 1 hour before class: CHARGE
Cancel 2 (or more) hours before class: NO CHARGE
Cancel 2 minutes before class: CHARGE
Cancel 2 (or more hours) before class: NO CHARGE
Cancel 1 hour and 58 minutes before class: CHARGE

Get the message? That 2 hour window makes a big ol difference.
We love seeing you take good care of yourself,
MIC
