Angie got her Party on a Bike wisdom in The Madison Party on a Bike teacher training in 2016. Her personal workout routine includes running, cycling, weight lifting and yoga. If she could name her class is would be called “Tap into the Beat” and one word she’d use to describe it is “intense”.
Anton gained yoga wisdom in At One Yoga teacher training, 2009. His personal practice emphasizes vinyasa flow, moving towards deep stretching and meditation. If he could name his class it would be called “Practice of Passion” and one word he’d use to describe it is “confident”.
Beau gained Yoga wisdom at LifePower (At One lineage) teacher training in 2015. His personal practice emphasizes Crossfit training 5-6 days a week and Yoga 2-3 days a week. If he could name his class it would be called, “Grounding Vinyasa Flow” and one word he’d use to describe it is, “grounded”.
Becki Richards gained her yoga wisdom in 2011 at Moksha Yoga, Chicago. She likes to practice outdoors after a hike and loves to use stones and crystals with her meditation and asana practice. She also likes to eat healthy and has fun playing around with new recipes. If she could name her class it would be “Find Your Edge: Upbeat Power Flow.” One word she would use to describe it is “challenging”.
Brian gained cycle wisdom in LeMond teacher training, 2001 and yoga wisdom with Yoga Fit. His personal practice emphasizes taking yoga classes and doing things like pull-ups and conditioning at home. If he could name his cycle class it would be called “Rip Revolution Ride”, he’d call his yoga class “Yoga Vigor” and words he’d use to describe these classes are “kick-butt” and “poise and grace”.

Chrissy gained cycle wisdom at Madison teacher training, 2013.Her personal practice emphasizes cycle, boxing, running, weightlifting, hiking, Pilates, yoga, swimming. If she could name her class it would be called “Turnt up!” and one word she’d use to describe it is “Chrissylicious”.
From tap backs to snap backs, this Midwest-born dancer-turned-#partystarter believes in one thing: be you, do you. Lover of pop-centric beats, you can expect high-intensity pushes, soul-searching climbs and hair-whipping choreo (because if Beyoncé does it, why can’t we?). Cody is constantly hyped up on pop culture, green juices and good vibes. Motto on a bike? Your body is a home, together we’ll make it a powerhouse.
Danny is a role model of well-rounded wellness, blending functional movement, plant-based nutrition, yoga and mediation for his personal self-care as well as in the role of a holistic health coach. When Danny lost both his father and best friend to cancer, his passion to help others proactively care for their body, mind and heart ignited. A graduate of LifePower (At One lineage) Teacher Training, Danny’s classes are an upbeat blend of high energy music, mindful breathing and focused movement and alignment. Enough said, we’ll see you in his class!
Desiree gained her yoga wisdom in 2006 at At One Yoga. She likes to be outside as much as possible hiking, rollerblading, swimming, you name it. If she could name her class it would be ‘Awaken Your Potential’ and one word she would use to describe it is ‘Lighthearted’.
As a former Division 1 baseball player (University of Nebraska & Arizona State University), Donny found the gift of yoga in 2005 by searching for pain relief after 7 operations on his left knee. He started yoga to fix his body, but little did he know what it would do for his mind and soul.
With an emphasis on mindfulness, he challenges each student while nourishing the body with breath awareness and clarity of alignment. Yet, his calm, focused instruction and peaceful energy makes even the most difficult positions accessible to everyone. Donny’s love of music and unique ability to integrate songs into his teaching creates an overall experience sure to leave you connected, grounded, inspired and aligned.
He is passionate about taking your yoga off the mat and sharing it with the world. Reminding us that the only way we keep what we have is if we give it away.

Gisèle trained intensively with a variety of institutions in NYC: Iyengar, Jivamukti, Ashtanga, Yoga Medicine & Anusara. She likes to swim and go mountain biking. If she could name her class it would be “Creative Intelligence” and one word she would use to describe it is “evolving”.

If she could name her cycle class it would be called “Sh-sh-sh-shake It”, she’d call her yoga class “Wake Up, Y’all” and words she’d use to describe these classes are “invigorating” and “mind(fun)ful”.
Jaqlyn gained yoga wisdom in At One Yoga teacher training, 2009. Her personal practice emphasizes yoga, running and cycle. If she could name her class it would be called “Gangsta” and one word she’d use to describe it is “raptastic”.
Kristina gained cycle wisdom in FitTour training, 2014. Her personal practice emphasizes cycle, weight-lifting and a teeny, tiny, itty, bitty bit of yoga (she’s clearly working on that one). If she could name her class it would be called “awe-inspiring”, and one word she’d use to describe it is “DOPE”.
Our resident pop princess, Kylie, is equal parts sweet and sassy. Don’t be fooled though, she’ll leave you dripping in sweaty goodness and you’ll forget you’re burning tons of calories with all the dancing, singing and clapping you’ll be doing during your ride. Feisty, fierce, fire — Lindsay knows how to bring it on a bike. Her ride, or should we say ‘escape from reality,’ will lead you on a journey with bass-heavy jams, steep steep climbs and ride-over-the-beat downhills. Matt gained his cycle wisdom in The Madison’s Party on a Bike Teacher Training in 2015. His personal practice emphasizes swimming and spin. A year round competitive swimmer since he was four, Matt recently stopped swimming and spin helps him get that crazy cardio, just outta the water. If he could name his class it would be called “MATTERDAY” and one word he’d use to describe it is “Fun Fun Fun” (Ok that’s three words!).
We all need a little detox to retox, right? Mikayla’s mantra is all about balance. She can party on the bike just as well as she does off the bike. Don’t let her love for Drake, pizza, and weightlifting fool you, Mikayla means badass biz on the bike. Her class will leave you with enough courage and motivation to get sh*t done while maintaining a high you can only get from #partyonabike. As a lover of all-things resistance, you can expect steep climbs followed by smooth downhills. You’ll leave her class feeling on top of the world with her encouraging words, KNOWING you just got a killer workout!

It’s no secret why her nickname around the studio is “Savage.” From her bass-thumping beats to her bad-*ss attitude on the bike, Sav’s class will bring her passion for the newest and grooviest beats to any party on a bike. Tessa gained cycle wisdom at the Madison Improvement Club teacher training in 2015. Her personal practice emphasizes cycle, circuit training and a well balanced diet of vodka sodas and kale. If she could name her class it would be called “Can’t Stop, Won’t Stop”, and one word she’d use to describe it is “YAS”!

Her name is Christina but we call her Xtina and you can feel free to call her either (you can call her Kimye too, she likes that). She’s been rockin’ the front desk here at The Madison for 2 years now with Timbs on her feet and a flannel ’round her waist. Xtina completed her teacher training here at The MIC with Anton and Desiree. Her style could be described as ‘dancey’ (she was a ballerina for 20 years), mixed with a little bit of Anton, topped with just a touch of funny and served with a healthy side of that Old School Throw Back GROOVE.
