Andrew’s favorite part about class is letting people feel things through the music and coaching based on that. “No matter what you’re going through, whether it be bad, sad or happy, we work through it together,” he says. When you sign up for Andrew’s class you sign up for good beats, better vibes and a killer calorie burn.
Anton gained yoga wisdom in At One Yoga teacher training, 2009. His personal practice emphasizes vinyasa flow, moving towards deep stretching and meditation. If he could name his class it would be called “Practice of Passion” and one word he’d use to describe it is “confident”.
Beau gained Yoga wisdom at LifePower (At One lineage) teacher training in 2015. His personal practice emphasizes Crossfit training 5-6 days a week and Yoga 2-3 days a week. If he could name his class it would be called, “Grounding Vinyasa Flow” and one word he’d use to describe it is, “grounded”.
Becki Richards gained her yoga wisdom in 2011 at Moksha Yoga, Chicago. She likes to practice outdoors after a hike and loves to use stones and crystals with her meditation and asana practice. She also likes to eat healthy and has fun playing around with new recipes. If she could name her class it would be “Find Your Edge: Upbeat Power Flow.” One word she would use to describe it is “challenging”.
Brian gained cycle wisdom in LeMond teacher training, 2001 and yoga wisdom with Yoga Fit. His personal practice emphasizes taking yoga classes and doing things like pull-ups and conditioning at home. If he could name his cycle class it would be called “Rip Revolution Ride”, he’d call his yoga class “Yoga Vigor” and words he’d use to describe these classes are “kick-butt” and “poise and grace”.

A little party never killed nobody, right? Cassie lives and breathes this motto all day, every day. On the bike, she’s a rock star (and a spontaneous rapper). Off the bike, you can find this beauty taking road trips and exploring with her family and friends. Get out of your mind and into your body. “Wooing” NOT optional.

There’s no telling where the next 45 minutes will take you, but rest assured you will leave with a smile on your face and adrenaline rushing through your body. Outside of class, Chris loves to ride his real bike, pretend he is a photographer and dip just about any food he finds in ranch.

Lover of pop-centric beats, you can expect high-intensity pushes, soul-searching climbs and hair-whipping choreo (because if Beyoncé does it, why can’t we?). Cody is constantly hyped up on pop culture, green juices and good vibes. Motto on a bike? Your body is a home, together we’ll make it a powerhouse.
Danny is a role model of well-rounded wellness, blending functional movement, plant-based nutrition, yoga and mediation for his personal self-care as well as in the role of a holistic health coach. When Danny lost both his father and best friend to cancer, his passion to help others proactively care for their body, mind and heart ignited. A graduate of LifePower (At One lineage) Teacher Training, Danny’s classes are an upbeat blend of high energy music, mindful breathing and focused movement and alignment. Enough said, we’ll see you in his class!
As a former Division 1 baseball player (University of Nebraska & Arizona State University), Donny found the gift of yoga in 2005 by searching for pain relief after 7 operations on his left knee. He started yoga to fix his body, but little did he know what it would do for his mind and soul. With an emphasis on mindfulness, he challenges each student while nourishing the body with breath awareness and clarity of alignment. Yet, his calm, focused instruction and peaceful energy makes even the most difficult positions accessible to everyone. Donny’s love of music and unique ability to integrate songs into his teaching creates an overall experience sure to leave you connected, grounded, inspired and aligned. He is passionate about taking your yoga off the mat and sharing it with the world. Reminding us that the only way we keep what we have is if we give it away.

She loves to try different kinds of workouts, rock anything from Lululemon and is an avid lover of Bruno Mars. As a former dancer, you’ll get lost in the music flowing from our speakers and challenge yourself with unique choreography.

If she could name her cycle class it would be called “Sh-sh-sh-shake It”, she’d call her yoga class “Wake Up, Y’all” and words she’d use to describe these classes are “invigorating” and “mind(fun)ful”.

From the barre to the bike, this dancing queen lives life by the motto “dance now, think later…it’s the natural order.” A former professional cheerleader, Liz has since turned in her boots and pom poms for spin shoes. You can expect a class chalk full of choreography, groovy beats and those sweaty #madisonvibes we know and love.

Her name is Christina but we call her Xtina and you can feel free to call her either (you can call her Kimye too, she likes that). She’s been rockin’ the front desk here at The Madison for 2 years now with Timbs on her feet and a flannel ’round her waist. Xtina completed her teacher training here at The MIC with Anton and Desiree. Her style could be described as ‘dancey’ (she was a ballerina for 20 years), mixed with a little bit of Anton, topped with just a touch of funny and served with a healthy side of that Old School Throw Back GROOVE.
